Dr. Anuraddha Rao

Dr. Anuradha Rao is Consultant- Ophthalmologist at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai. She completed her MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore followed by DOMS & MS - Ophthalmology from Kasturba Medical College Manipal. Dr. Rao has done her Fellowship in General Ophthalmology from Bangalore West Lions Eye Hospital & Cornea Grafting Centre and has worked at various hospitals at Trivandrum, Bangalore, and Chennai before moving to Kochi. She was instrumental in setting up the Department of Ophthalmology at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi & has worked there for 15 years as Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist and MCI Certified Professor. Dr. Rao has vast surgical experience in all forms of Cataract Surgery (Clear corneal Phaco, SICS), Glaucoma Surgery and has a special interest in Oculoplasty. She has trained many Undergraduates and Post Graduates.
