Dr LH Hiranandani Hospital, Powai, Mumbai

Dr. LH Hiranandani instituted the healthcare unit Dr. LH Hiranandani hospital Powai, Mumbai, in 2004 and pioneered many advanced and surgical procedures, which were later known as "Dr. Hiranandani's Operations" worldwide. The hospital was established with the aim to develop the nascent hospital into an enduring emblem of healthcare in the country. The Multi-Specialty Dr. LH Hiranandani Hospital also received the AHPI 2021 Excellence in Health Care Awards (National Level) for its extraordinary work done during the pandemic. The award 'Excellence in COVID Management' was given at a recent healthcare event in New Delhi. The hospital has received honors from the Association of Healthcare Providers for the second year in a row (India).

In 2008, the multi-specialty hospital was awarded the IMC Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award trophy for excellence in healthcare. The best Hospital in Mumbai was also honored in 2009 with the prestigious International Asia Pacific Quality Award (also known as the Malcolm Baldridge Award outside of the United States).
