She completed MS - Orthopaedics from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad in 1988 and MBBS from Kannur Medical College in 1985. She is the Only Lady Orthopaedic surgeon with an expertise in Replacement Surgeries and has operated several Replacement surgeries over the years. After completing her basic medical qualifications, Dr. T Chiranjeevi underwent various specialty training programs to further expand her specialization in Revision Knee Replacement Surgery and in complicated Trauma cases. She has done a Fellowship in Joint Replacement, attended a course on "Continuing Orthopedic Education" in May 2000 at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and "Mangalore Orthopedic Course" conducted by Karnataka Orthopedic Association at Kasturba Medical College & Govt. Wenlock Hospital in April 2001. Dr. T Chiranjeevi believes in constantly updating her knowledge and routinely participates in clinical discussions. Over the years, she has gained expertise in Knee replacement (both primary and revision, including partial knee replacement), Knee arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction, Hip replacement (both primary and revision), Hip arthroscopy and impingement surgery, Partial knee replacement and Rapid postoperative rehabilitation.
