Dr. Praveen Ganigi

The HOD and Consultant at the Department of Neurosurgery at Manipal Hospital, Dr. Praveen Ganigi has over a decade of rich professional experience in this field. Dr. Praveen M Ganigi's area of expertise lies in complex & minimally invasive spinal surgeries and cranial & spinal micro-neurosurgery.  He completed his MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum. In addition to his educational qualifications, Dr. Praveen Ganigi obtained his M.ch (Master of Chirurgical) in Neurosurgery and was awarded the “Best Outgoing Student” silver jubilee award and “Best Paper Presentation” award on Paediatric High-Grade Gliomas Clinico- Biological Correlation in Lucknow. 

Dr. Praveen has a distinguished career and has an experience of working with the country's top hospitals and institutes. Dr. Praveen has past associations with National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences and Narayana Hrudayalaya Institute of Neurosciences, Bangalore.
