Dr. Mrudul Dharod is working as a consultant. He completed his MBBS from a prestigious college and pursued MD in internal medicine from Government Medical College, Nagpur. Then he went on for D.N.B. in Gastroenterology and Hepatology from Bombay Hospital. Presently he is providing his services at Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai. He has performed numerous diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures during his training period. He is skilled at taking care of different GI related emergencies like Gastrointestinal bleeding, Acute pancreatitis, Liver failure and more. Dr. Mrudul has showcased her research work at many National and International conferences. He has contributed to the Elsevier Clinical Update series and published different case studies. Dr. Dharod has been involved as a Co-investigator in various drug trials. His areas of specialisation include Hepatocellular carcinoma management, HBV and HCV related liver disease, Autoimmune hepatitis, Diarrheal disorders and Chronic Pancreatitis. He has presented various papers and participated as a Delegate in Vapicon. Dr. Mrudul Dharod was the National finalist at the Torrent young scholar award, Gastroenterology. He was dignified with Appreciation Memento for his performance in National Rural Health Mission. He also won a J.R.D Tata Trust Students Scholarship in the year 2002-2005.
