Dr Mamta Mishra, Obstetrician, and Gynecologist Dr. Mamta Mishra is a skilled Gynecologist at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj. She has also practiced as a specialist registrar at Conquest Hospital (East Sussex hospital, NHS) UK and Safdarjung hospital where she gained experience in management of a very busy obstetric unit with a significant number of high-risk pregnancies.  where she gained extensive expertise in her field. Her Special interest lies in treating subfertility cases and she regularly performs IVF, IUI and ICSI with a very high success rate. Dr. Mamta is well experienced to perform elective and emergency caesarian section and instrumental deliveries but she gives due importance to Normal vaginal delivery. She also holds the great expertise in handling the most obstetrics emergencies including postpartum hemorrhage, uterine inversion, ruptured uterus, Shoulder dystocia and cord prolapse. She has also gained experience in performing endoscopic procedures. Dr. Mamta underwent training in fetal echocardiography at St. Thomas Hospital and has also passed advanced fetal echocardiography course conducted by FMF, UK. She is also a faculty member for basic surgical skill courses, conducted at New Delhi with collaboration of RCOG. Dr. Mamta has authored three books for MRCOG students and has published a number of papers in the International journal.
