Dr. Gursev Sandlas is practicing at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai as a pediatric urologist and is also working as a faculty at T.N. Medical College in South Mumbai as an assistant professor. He excelled his academics being the topper of his MBBS course which he has done from Grant Medical College & Sir J.J. Group Of Hospitals. Following his graduation, he did his M.S. in general surgery from L.T.M. Medical College and L.T.M. Municipal General Hospital popularly known as Sion Hospital in Mumbai. Dr. Sandlas followed it up by completing his M.Ch. In pediatric surgery also from Sion Hospital.  He also contributed to the world by devising a “Stentless Repair” for this common problem of hypospadias. This technique obviates the need for a prolonged hospital stay for the patient and ensures a pain-free postoperative recovery in the absence of a tube in the urethra. Dr. Gursev has been actively involved in more than two dozen presentations at the national and international level and more than 20 publications in various national and international journals.
