Dr. Charles Panckel

Dr. Charles Panckel is a Visiting Consultant - Gastroenterology in Aster Medcity Hospital, Kochi. A highly experienced Gastroenterologist, Dr. Charles Panackel is an expert in Hepatology and Liver Transplantation. He has been trained in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and India, and his fields of special interest include management of Liver Cancer, Viral Hepatitis C and Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease). 

Dr. Charles Panckel has an extensive experience and has been associated with various ace institutes and hospitals. He has been a Consultant Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist, Medical Trust, Kochi and a Visitor observer in Liver Transplantation at Addenbrookes, Cambridge. Dr. Charles was instrumental in setting up the Cadaveric Liver Transplant Unit at Medical Trust Hospital along with Dr. Deepak Varma in 2012.
