Dr. Anurag Shrimal is a Senior Consultant- Abdominal Organ Transplantation & HPB Surgery. He has studied his MBBS from the Prestigious Seth G S Medical College & KEM Hospital Mumbai. After excelling his MBBS with several distinctions, he pursued his Masters in General Surgery from the same institute, following which, he went to do Surgical Oncology training at Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai. Dr. Shrimal also completed American Society of Transplant Surgeons accredited Fellowship in Liver & Kidney Transplant at the Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC, USA. He was first in the world to perform Composite Vascularised Liver and Posterior Rectus Sheath Allograft Transplant in Adult Patient. His area of expertise lies in Liver Transplant, Kidney Transplant, Pancreas Transplant, Intestine Transplant and Multi-visceral Transplant.
